The Process

So just what is the process in ordering a 0-360 degree Interactive Virtual Tour from 360IPT?  You'll be surprised just how easy the process is!

Step One- Order Your Tour

Upon completion of your order,  a representative will contact you to further discuss the project and to arrange a time to meet and conduct the photo shoot.  We will send you an e-mail linking you to PayPal for you to make payment.  We use PayPal because it accepts all major credit and debit cards, and accepts e-checks.  It is easy to use, and also e-mails you immediately as soon as payment has been made. 

Once the payment has been received, the appointment is guaranteed. 

Things to keep in mind.

·     The person ordering the tour or a designated representative (identified prior to the appointment) MUST BE PRESENT when the tour is photographed!

·     Please keep in mind, everyone on the Internet will be looking at your tour.  Remove everything you don't want everyone to see. 

·     Have the place ready as if you were hosting an open house for strangers.

Step Two- The Photo Shoot

Relax- we do all the work! Both 0-360 panoramic and still photos will be taken, both indoors and outdoors (if applicable).  We'll schedule the photo shoot at a time convenient for you.

   Approximately a 1/2 hour before the tour we ask that you,

1.  Open all drapes or anything covering the windows.

2.  Turn on all lights.

3.  Turn off all ceiling fans and televisions, and anything that flashes or moves.  (They cause shadows, blurs or ghosts in the photos)

4.  Ensure everything you don't want everyone to see, has been removed.

If the weather is not cooperating (rain/snow) for the outdoor photos, we will take the indoor photos at the scheduled time.  We will schedule another day for the outdoor photos, or you can sign a statement authorizing or granting permission for us to take the outdoor photos at a time of our convenience.

If you order a tour during the winter months, and snow is on the ground, we will return in the spring and re-take your outdoor photos FREE OF CHARGE on a time available basis.  The new photos will then be incorporated into your tour hosted on our site.  

We will provide you with a Logo and a link, (web address) that will take your viewer directly to your directory listing.  Anyone visiting our site, can view your tour, and interested viewers will be linked to your "Official" web site. 

Don't have a web site?  No problem.  Use your directory listing web page in our Toledo Area Business Directory as your website. The web page includes your Virtual Tour, photo gallery, contact information, hours of operation, map, link to Map Quest so viewers can obtain downloadable driving instructions.  All you have to do is provide the wording!
