It has come to
my attention that the Virtual Tour doesn't work on
some computers.
Please
use Internet Explorer as your web browser.
The Virtual Tours currently do
NOT
work in Mozilla
Firefox.

Please be
patient and give the Virtual Tour a chance to load.
The 1st Virtual Tour in your session, will take the
longest to load. The 1st Virtual Tour in a
session could take as long as 30 seconds to load.
All succeeding Virtual Tours will load almost
immediately. Load times vary between computers
due to computer speeds, modem speeds, amount of
software you are running in the background, etc.
While it is loading, it is telling your computer
through code, what to do. Another
problem is created due to the large amount of
anti-virus and anti-spy ware products on the market,
and their settings. A majority of computers
will run our Virtual Tours "as is" but some older
ones my need some attention. Below is a list
of things that you may do to configure your computer
to accept the Virtual Tour code. The code is
written in "Java Script", a popular script widely
accepted in the computer code world, and used for a
multitude of graphics related elements on popular
websites. Its another form of "Flash" or
"QuickTime" codes.
Below are a list of things you
can do to get the tours to work. If you do NOT
see a viewer in the viewer box as seen below, there
are some very simple fixes you can perform. It
requires some FREE software updates (new versions of
software already installed originally on your
computer). Please scroll down to receive the
updates. Please note, the viewer below is
NOT a working
Virtual Tour, it is just a picture of what should be
seen. After completing the updates, please
click on the following link to see the update works:
Virtual Tour Tutorial.

Below is a picture of a Virtual Tour
in operation.
If everything is working correctly you
see a
spinning photo in the viewer.
 |
Below is
a picture of what
the
viewer looks like if :
A.) Your computers Java Plug-in is out of date.
B.) Your Java Plug-in is disabled.
C.) The network your computer is on
doesn't allow Java Plug-ins.
Scroll down for a solution for all
but Network Computers.
#1 problem,
old Java Script program. This a very simple
fix, and may take a couple minutes to download
depending on your Internet connection. The update
is FREE of charge.
Please go to
Download Java Software
and download the update. Click on "Java
Software Free Download", and follow all the prompts.
It will automatically download, install, and
configure your computer. When you click on
FINISH, please re-boot (turn off and restart) your
computer. Come back to 360IPT.com, and the
Virtual Tours should work. This is the fix 80%
of the time.

#2 problem,
updating Microsoft Windows. This too is a
simple fix. Please click on the following
link:
http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
and choose the express option. Clicking on
this will provide you with the latest updates and
security features. Follow all the prompts for
the downloads. It will automatically install
and configure your computer. Please re-boot
(turn off and restart) if prompted to. Come
back to 360IPT.com and the Virtual Tours should
work. This should fix 90% of the computers not
fixed by step #1.
If you have followed the above
steps, and it still does not work, your system my
require upgrading. |
